Audit

Now that we’ve learned more about your business and your goals, we will start narrowing in on the root cause of each problem. We’ve found the best results by putting ourselves in a position that would regularly interact with your business. Whether that be shadowing your management staff for the day, working alongside your team, mystery shopping your business as a customer, or physically using your product or service, our goal is to find all areas of potential improvement. Also, we may do behind the scenes work such as a full audit of your financials, taking an in-depth look at your policies and procedures, studying your marketing plan, evaluating your online presence and reputation, cross-shopping your competitors and much more.

Analysis

At the end of our audit, we will sit down together and go over a detailed report of our findings. This can be a challenging conversation at times, but we will be there with you every step of the way! Together, we will recap your goals and outline the potential areas of improvement to help you reach those goals. Also, we will highlight any potential liabilities you may that could be an issue down the road. We do extensive research about your industry and want to make sure you are ready for anything that comes your way. You will be able to see things clearly and understand how even the smallest things can have a significant impact on your business.

Although some problems can be fixed rather quickly, not everything can be done overnight. In others, we may be working remotely and helping you stay on track through regular check-ins and daily audits. You’ll receive step-by-step guides to eliminate any guesswork along the way. Whether the approach is hands-on or more passive, trust that you’ll be set up for success and have our full support until you reach your goals.

Ongoing Training & Monitoring

Although we have been retained for more extended periods, our goal is never to make you reliant on us. We want you to be successful on your own and have all the tools you need to reach your potential. Still, we want to protect our investment of time into your business. We will continue to be available for ongoing training and monitoring of your progress. We view ourselves more like your partner than anything, so we want to make sure you’re thriving and succeeding!
